RAD will sell TC "Airplane" in Samara. The initial price is 753 million rubles. Applications for participation in the auction are accepted until September 12. The auction will take place on the electronic trading platform ETP RAD–Lot-online. This was reported by the RAD.
Currently, the TC is 72% full of tenants. The annual rental flow is about 80 million rubles. TC was built in 2010.
