Raiffeisenbank has extended the period of accepting applications for mortgage loans at a preferential rate of 6.5% p.a. until July 2021, the bank informed.
The program applies to the purchase of housing in new buildings. The preferential interest rate stays unchanged throughout the term of the loan contract. The down payment should be at least 15% of the cost of property to be purchased. The maximum loan amount is RUB 12 million for Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions, RUB 6 million for other Russian regions.
