Raiffeisenbank has announced a reduction in mortgage rates. Loans for the purchase of flats or apartments in the primary and secondary housing markets and for the purchase of real estate secured by existing property are available at a rate starting from 8.09% if the loan exceeds RUB 7 million, from 8.19% for loans ranging from RUB 3 million to RUB 7 million, from 8.39% if the loan amount is up to RUB 3 million. The refinancing rate for loans exceeding RUB 7 million has been reduced to 7.89%, the bank informed.
