Raspadskaya's net loss under IFRS for the first half of 2026 amounted to 8.297 billion rubles against a loss of 16.552 billion rubles a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.
Revenue fell by 4% to 57.896 billion rubles from 60.5 billion rubles. Gross profit increased by 25% to 14.937 billion rubles from 11.964 billion rubles.
EBITDA amounted to RUB 610 million against a negative value of RUB 7.758 billion a year earlier.
Social expenses decreased by 41% to 85 million rubles from 145 million rubles.
The volume of production of ordinary coal of all grades decreased by 12% and amounted to 7.9 million tons. The decrease was caused by the suspension of production at the Raspadsky mine until market conditions improved, as well as the accumulation of coal reserves in warehouses by the end of 2025.
Despite the decline in production, sales remained at the level of 2025 and amounted to 6.5 million tons of coal products due to the optimization of coal reserves.
Taking into account the financial results for the reporting period, the current macroeconomic and market conditions, as well as continued sanctions pressure, the Board of Directors did not recommend the payment of dividends for the first half of 2026.
