The parent structure of Andrey Shokin's RBE Group— RBE LLC, established a joint venture (JV) Novspetskomplex with Velikonovgorodsky Myasnoy Dvor (VNMD) at the end of December 2025. The newspaper Kommersant writes about this.
The first structure received 40%, the second — 60%. The company will produce food rations and rations.
RBE Group provides meals to large companies, including Transmashholding, UGMK, Mostotrest, and services Sapsan trains and trains of the Federal Passenger Company (FPC; part of Russian Railways). In 2023, the company received contracts to provide power to the structures of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, previously concluded with Evgeny Prigozhin's Concord Group. In 2024, the revenue of RBE LLC increased 3.9 times year-on-year to 76.9 billion rubles, net profit amounted to 8.5 billion rubles.
VNMD is a member of the Adept Group of Companies, the founder and co-owner of which is Gennady Nisanov. VNMD produces meat products under the brands "Novgorod bacon", "Chicken farm", "Dvoryanin". The production capacity is 67 thousand tons annually. In 2024, the Company's revenue increased by 41% year—on-year to 19.6 billion rubles, and its net profit increased by 2% to 616.2 million rubles.
