The powers of the CEO of Red Wings Evgeny Solodilin have been terminated. Now the functions of the sole executive body have been transferred to the management organization Aviakapital–Service (part of our holding RT-Finance). This was announced by Rostec.
Igor Zavyalov, Deputy CEO of Rostec, was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Red Wings.
The changes in the carrier's management bodies are part of a large–scale transformation of the state corporation's core assets. At the next stage, it is planned to join the Ilyushin Finance Co. leasing company to Aviakapital-Service to create a single leasing organization specializing in transactions with aircraft of domestic production in the interests of Russian airlines.
