Reebok's business in Russia was transferred to Turkish FLO Retailing. The Kommersant newspaper writes about this with reference to its sources.

The deal has already closed and according to its results, the company got more than 100 Reebok points of sale. The new owner intends to rename the stores while retaining the Reebok brand.

Reebok has been part of Adidas since 2005, and in March 2022 the brand was sold to the American Authentic Brands Group (ABG) for 2.1 billion euros. In Russia, Reebok is still controlled through Adidas LLC.

FLO Retailing was founded in the early 1960s by Ahmet Zilan and now operates in 21 countries. Manages the shoe chains Flo, Sport in Street and the large German brand Reno. Owns the brands U.S. Polo Assn., Kinetix, Polaris, Nine West, Lumberjack.
