JSC "Ogneuporinvest" acquired 0.0005% of Bogdanovichi Refractory Materials Production Company (Bogdanovichi JSC "Refractories"), increasing its share in the company to 29.4526% from 29.4521%. The change took place on November 6th. This is stated in the message of the JSC.
JSC "Ogneuporinvest" is an organization controlled by Bogdanovichsky JSC "Ogneupory".
Bogdanovichi JSC "Refractories" is an enterprise for the production of refractory materials and products. The company produces refractory materials for the steel industry, non-ferrous metallurgy, cement and glass industries, lime production, chemical and petrochemical industries, and energy in all regions of the CIS. Revenue for 2023 amounted to 5.55 billion rubles (in 2022 — 4.65 billion rubles), net profit — 825.7769 million rubles (in 2022 — 581.19 million rubles).
