REO conducted a closed placement of bonds in the amount of 3.44 billion rubles. The Project 3 company received a preferential loan from the funds raised as a result of the placement. This is stated in the message of the REO.
The received funding will be used to create an inter-municipal MSW landfill with a waste sorting complex in the Arzamas district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. This project will allow the region to achieve 100% waste treatment and reduce the volume of waste disposal by half.
The project will be implemented within the framework of the concession agreement concluded between the company "Project 3" and the government of the region. Its total cost is 3.62 billion rubles. Sberbank was the buyer of the bond.
Thus, the financing of the project will ensure the creation of a capacity in the region for processing 160 thousand tons per year, for the disposal of organic waste — 50 thousand tons per year and for the disposal of waste 115 thousand tons per year. The facility will be put into operation by the end of 2026.
