The decision to reorganize was made by the sole shareholder.

Rolf's loss for 2024 according to RAS amounted to 7.58 billion rubles against a profit of 4.7 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue fell by 7% to 218.1 billion rubles from 234.5 billion rubles, gross profit — by 16.3% to 21.66 billion rubles from 25.88 billion rubles.
