Rosgosstrakh will pay dividends for 2 billion rubles

     The shareholders of PJSC IC Rosgosstrakh at the annual meeting on June 4, 2026 decided to pay dividends from the retained earnings of previous years in the amount of 0.00408577 rubles per share. This is stated in the company's message.

     The total amount is 2 billion rubles. The list of shareholders with the right to receive dividends will be determined by June 15, 2026.
</p>
<p>
     In early June 2026, there was also an increase in the nominal value of shares to 0.05 rubles from 0.03 rubles.
</p>
<p>
     Rosgosstrakh (RGS) is an insurance company that has been part of the VTB Group since 2022. The amount of the authorized capital is 24.475 billion rubles.
