The Federal Agency for State Property Management became the owner of DME Holding LLC. Changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities occurred on June 19, 2025. According to the KonturFocus information system, Dmitry Kamenshchik previously owned 1%, 99% — Alamo Holding JSC.
In addition, Rosimushchestvo became the owner of Domodedovo Fuel Facilities LLC, Domodedovo IT Services LLC, Domodedovo Security LLC and others.
Recall that in January 2025, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, interim measures were imposed on all shares of DME Holding LLC. According to the supervision version, the beneficiaries of LLC D.Kamenshchik and Valery Kogan, having foreign citizenship, in violation of Russian law, managed the assets of a strategic enterprise for the country and transferred multimillion-dollar profits abroad. On this basis, the Prosecutor General's Office demanded that the shares of DME Holding be transferred to the state. In the summer of 2025, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, turned the airport into state revenue.
