The Federal Property Management Agency has transferred 6,288 thousand ordinary registered shares of PJSC Astrakhan Port to the ownership of the Rostec State Corporation as a property contribution from the Russian Federation. This is stated in the message of the department.
The work was carried out in accordance with Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 987 dated December 30, 2022 and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 4390-r dated December 31, 2022.
Astrakhan Port PJSC is one of the largest enterprises of the Astrakhan Region port complex, which provides comprehensive cargo handling arriving at the port and is an important transport hub in the Volga-Caspian basin.
Rostec State Corporation is the largest engineering company in Russia. It unites over 800 scientific and industrial organizations in 60 regions of the country. The corporation's portfolio includes such brands as KAMAZ, UAC, Russian Helicopters, UEC, Uralvagonzavod, Shvabe, Kalashnikov Concern, KRET, High-Precision Complexes, Rosoboronexport, Rosel, Natsimbio and others. Consolidated revenue in 2024 exceeded 3.6 trillion rubles.
