The Board of Directors of Rosneft recommended that shareholders pay dividends based on the results of 9 months of 2024 in cash in the amount of 36.47 rubles per outstanding share. This is stated in the company's message.
The issue of the amount, timing and form of payment of dividends will be considered by shareholders at an extraordinary meeting, which will be held in the form of absentee voting. The deadline for accepting ballots is December 23.
Recall that according to the results of 9 months of 2023, it was decided to pay dividends in the amount of 30.77 rubles per outstanding share.

Rosneft's net profit for the first quarter of 2024 under IFRS left 486 billion rubles, an increase of 92.8% compared to a year earlier. Including net profit attributable to shareholders of PJSC NK Rosneft increased to RUB 399 billion from RUB 191 billion. Sales revenue and income from associated organizations and joint ventures increased by 1.7% to 2.59 trillion rubles from 2.55 trillion rubles, EBITDA increased by 42.4% to 857 billion rubles from 602 billion rubles.
