On May 12, 2026, the Board of Directors of PJSC NK Rosneft recommended to the annual meeting of shareholders to pay dividends based on the results of the 2025 financial year at the rate of 2.27 rubles per outstanding share. This is stated in the company's message.
It is recommended that shareholders set the date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends are determined – July 9, 2026.
Recall that in 2024 it was decided to pay dividends for 155.58 billion rubles at the rate of 14.86 rubles.
