Rosselkhoznadzor has released updates to its service for Electronic registration of real estate transactions. Now the service can be used by clients who purchase real estate both in the secondary and primary markets, including individual housing construction. This is stated in the bank's message.

All transactions for the purchase of real estate with a mortgage loan from the Rosselkhoznadzor from today can be registered electronically. The service significantly saves the time of the transaction participants, the entire registration procedure for clients is carried out at the time of obtaining a mortgage loan, and the registration period for the transfer of ownership will be from one to five days (instead of 11 days when registering through the MFC).

After signing the real estate purchase agreement, the bank will send all the documents necessary for the state registration of the transaction to the Rosreestr via a secure digital channel. The finished result in the form of an official document will come to the client in his personal account on the portal His Home.

The main advantages of electronic registration: saving time at the stage of state registration of a real estate transaction;    prompt notification of the registration status of the transaction participants; secure transfer of transaction documents, excluding access to them by third parties; the possibility of registration even when the buyer and seller are in different regions of the country; convenience of using an electronic registration document.
