The FAS approved the purchase of JSC Rosspirtprom 100% of shares of JSC Tatspirtprom. This is stated in the message of the latter.
On December 30, 2025, Svyazinvestneftekhim JSC signed a legally binding agreement on the sale of shares. The transaction was prepared over the course of a year and was carried out at a market price based on an independent assessment.
The model of further functioning assumes the preservation of two legal entities, each of which will continue to specialize in accordance with its basic competence.
The head offices of Rosspirtprom and Tatspirtprom will be located in Kazan.
JSC Tatspirtprom is an alcohol company established in 1997 by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The company's structure includes two distilleries, two distilleries, the Vigrosso winery, the Alkotorg trading company, and a logistics center. The total number of employees is 3.5 thousand people.
The production sites of Tatspirtprom's branches produce vodka, distilleries, cognacs, whiskey, aperitifs, balsam, and Alpha-class alcohol. The product range of more than 30 brands ensures the presence of Tatspirtprom products in all price segments. The company's products are represented in all regions of the Russian Federation, and are also sold in 15 foreign countries.
