Rosstandart has approved the state standard for isotopic analysis of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen — GET 221-2026. This is stated in the message of Rosstandart.
It was developed by specialists of the Mendeleev VNIIM. The standard will provide a metrological basis for medical diagnostics, quality control and safety of food and alcohol, environmental monitoring of greenhouse gases and geological exploration.
Metrological characteristics have been confirmed internationally in the course of 7 international comparisons. The State Verification Scheme for isotopic composition measuring instruments has also been approved.
