Rostelecom's Board of Directors recommended that shareholders pay dividends based on the results of 2023 in the amount of RUB 6.06 per share. This is stated in the company's message.
The Board of Directors convened an absentee meeting of shareholders, approved its date – September 16, 2024 – and the agenda. The persons eligible to participate in the meeting will be determined as of August 23, 2024, they have the right to vote until September 15, 2024 (inclusive).
Recall that in 2022 it was decided to pay dividends of 19 billion rubles at the rate of 5.4465 rubles per share.
