Rostelecom's investment program to exceed RUB 135 billion in 2020

Rostelecom's investment program will exceed RUB 135 billion in 2020, as stated by the company's President Mikhail Oseevsky at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin the transcript of which is published on the Kremlin website.

 "We have summarized the preliminary results of our performance in the first six months of 2020 and can see growth in our operating and financial results. This will allow us to complete our investment program in full, with more than RUB 135 billion invested by the end of this year," Rostelecom President noted.

The priority areas of this investment program include projects related to achieving national development goals in the area of digitalization. Investment in data transfer, storage and processing infrastructure is our key area of work. "We are responsible for this area on the national scale. We have been working on this consistently over the past few years and have invested significant funds," Mikhail Oseevsky said.
