Rostelecom's net profit for the first 9 months of 2025 under IFRS decreased by 5% to 18.466 billion rubles from 19.34 billion rubles a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.

Revenue increased by 10% to 602.3 billion rubles from 546.055 billion rubles, OIBDA increased by 6% to 235.78 billion rubles from 222.26 billion rubles.

The total debt of the group of companies as of September 30, 2025 (including JSC) increased by 7% to 774.8 billion rubles by the beginning of the year. As of September 30, 2025, the group's net debt amounted to 729.7 billion rubles, an increase of 10% compared to the beginning of the year.

PJSC Rostelecom (TIN 7707049388) is a national long—distance communications operator that provides the transmission of the majority of long-distance and international traffic, as well as the operation of a terrestrial network of television and radio channels. Rostelecom's main shareholder is the state.

Rostelecom's net profit under IFRS for the first half of 2025 fell by 51% to RUB 12.8 billion from RUB 26.1 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 11% to 393.6 billion rubles from 353.07 billion rubles, OIBDA increased by 5% to 154.3 billion rubles from 147 billion rubles.

On September 30, 2025, the AK&M rating agency confirmed the rating of Rostelecom's non—financial statements at RESG 1, the highest level of disclosure of information on sustainable development in reports. The top-level rating is awarded to the company for the fifth year in a row.

Rostelecom is among the leaders of the fifth rating of responsibility to society and the eighth rating of social efficiency of the largest Russian companies.
