Rostelecom's net profit under IFRS increased by 10% in the first quarter%

Rostelecom's net profit under IFRS for the first quarter of 2026 increased by 10% to 7.436 billion rubles from 6.79 billion rubles a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.

Revenue increased by 10% to 208.919 billion rubles from 190.143 billion rubles. The growth was mainly due to the expansion of digital services and the growth of the T2 mobile business. The share of digital services in revenue increased to 21%.

OIBDA increased by 14% to 83.87 billion rubles from 73.714 billion rubles.

Operating expenses increased by 9% and amounted to 171.436 billion rubles against 156.896 billion rubles. In particular, personnel costs increased by 14% to RUB 60.349 billion.

Cash outflow from investments in non-current assets decreased by 35% to RUB 28.6 billion (13.7% of revenue), reflecting a smooth start to the investment program in 2026 after its reduction in mid-2025.

PJSC Rostelecom (TIN 7707049388) is a national long—distance communications operator that provides the transmission of the majority of long-distance and international traffic, as well as the operation of a terrestrial network of television and radio channels. Rostelecom's main shareholder is the state.

On September 30, 2025, the AK&M rating agency confirmed the rating of Rostelecom's non—financial statements at RESG 1, the highest level of disclosure of information on sustainable development in reports. The top-level rating is awarded to the company for the fifth year in a row.

According to RA AK&M, by the end of 2024 Rostelecom is among the leaders of the fifth rating of responsibility to society and the eighth rating of social efficiency of the largest Russian companies.

Rostelecom's net profit under IFRS for 2025 fell by 22% to RUB 18.715 billion from RUB 24.06 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 12% to 872.79 billion rubles from 779.945 billion rubles, OIBDA increased by 9% to 331.048 billion rubles from 302.46 billion rubles.
