Rusagro's consolidated revenue before intersegment eliminations in 2025 increased by 16% to RUB 424 billion. compared to a year earlier. This is stated in the company's message.
The revenue of the meat business increased by 71% to 94 billion rubles as a result of increased capacity utilization in the context of expanding demand in the domestic and export markets.
Due to the increased efficiency of the sowing campaign and initiatives to expand exports, the revenue of the agricultural business increased by 8% to 55 billion rubles.
Despite the planned shutdown of the Atkara MEZ for 9 months of modernization, the revenue of the fat and oil business increased by 7% to 208 billion rubles.
The sugar business showed a steady result in revenue of 68 billion rubles against the background of high competition in the sugar market in Russia. At the same time, a project was completed to launch long-term beet storage systems, which will improve the results in 2026.
Pork production in live weight for slaughter increased by 64% to 571 thousand tons. Pork production in the Central Federal District increased by 191 thousand tons due to the consolidation of the results of Agro-Belogorye Group and projects under the efficiency improvement program. An increase in cluster utilization in Primorye ensured an increase in production by 33 thousand tons.
The volume of sales of pig products increased by 65% to 468 thousand tons.
The production of raw vegetable oil decreased by 16% to 931 thousand tons. The reduction in production was due to the planned shutdown of the Atkara MEZ as part of the modernization project from April 1, 2025, which was partially offset by an increase in capacity utilization of the Balakovo MEZ. The Atkarsky MEZ was launched after reconstruction in January 2026, the processing capacity of the asset increased by 56% to 2.4 thousand tons of seeds per day.
The volume of sales of industrial products decreased by 3% to 1.99 million tons. Meal sales decreased by 5% as a result of the shutdown of the Atkara MEZ for modernization, which was partially offset by an increase in soybean meal production. Sales of crude oil decreased by 4% to 736 thousand tons, the decrease in production was largely offset by the development of the trading channel, increased shipments to premium export markets, and increased logistical efficiency. The volume of sales of industrial fats increased by 2% as a result of an increase in production utilization relative to 2024, when there were logistical restrictions on the import of palm oil.
Sales of consumer products (bottled butter, margarine, spreads, mayonnaise and ready-made sauces based on it, ketchup, cheeses, butter, cream) decreased by 9% to 460 thousand tons. The transformation of work with distributors and the slowdown in export demand amid the strengthening of the ruble were the main reasons for the decline in sales in the consumer segment.
Sugar production decreased by 15% to 892,000 tons. Output decreased due to lower sugar beet digestion in the 2025/26 season.
Sugar sales increased by 3% to 1.108 million tons, including due to an increase in export shipments as part of Rusagro's fulfillment of obligations under the consortium agreement of 18 Russian sugar producers concluded in the fall of 2025. Additional support was provided by the growth of sales in the trading channel.
The volume of grain sales increased by 47% to 1.495 million tons. Wheat sales increased by 44% to 1.152 million tons due to higher yields and increased export sales in the trading channel. The volume of corn sales increased by 60% to 274 thousand tons due to high yields in Primorye in 2024 and a higher volume of incoming residues at the beginning of 2025.
The volume of sales of oilseeds increased by 5% to 434 thousand tons. Sunflower sales decreased by 35% as a result of a reduction in the area of sowing in favor of other crops under the crop rotation scheme. The volume of soybean sales increased by 13% to 391 thousand tons on the background of high yields.
The volume of sugar beet sales increased by 13% to 4.588 million tons due to an increase in the area of crops.
