RUSAL will pay dividends based on the results of the first half of 2022 in cash in the amount of $0.02 per ordinary share. Their source is the profit for the six months ended June 30, 2022. This is stated in the company's message.
It was decided to pay dividends in US dollars and/or in an equivalent amount in rubles and/or other foreign currency quoted by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation at the exchange rate of foreign currency to the ruble set by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, or at the cross-rate of the corresponding foreign currency calculated based on the official exchange rates of foreign currencies against the ruble set by the Central Bank RF, on the day of payment of dividends.
Recall that RUSAL did not pay dividends for 2021.
