The Governments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus have signed an agreement to cooperate in the transportation and handling of petroleum products intended for export via Russian seaports, the press service of the Government of Russia informed.
The document provides the opportunity to redirect some of the cargo flows previously passing through Baltic ports to the Russian infrastructure.
