The external debt of the Russian Federation as of October 1, 2025 amounted to $305 billion, having increased by 5.3% since the beginning of the year. This is reported on the website of the Bank of Russia.
The dynamics of the indicator was mainly determined by the positive revaluation of liabilities as a result of the strengthening of the ruble, the Central Bank emphasizes.
