Russian Railways sells the former Likhobory depot

Russian Railways has announced the sale of the property complex of the former Likhobory railway depot in the Northern District of Moscow. The bidding is conducted by the RTS tender, according to the message of the electronic platform.

The lot includes more than 40 real estate objects with a total area of 20 thousand square meters, including a fan depot built in 1902-1907, workshops and other buildings previously used for machinists and railway workers. The buyer also gets the right to use the land plot with an area of 9.2 hectares.

The initial sale price of the complex is about 3.5 billion rubles. The start of accepting applications for participation in the auction is March 10, 2026.

In 2025, Russian Railways conducted almost 3,000 trade procedures.

JSC "Russian Railways" (TIN 7708503727) was established on October 1, 2003 on the basis of the Ministry of Railways. The state owns 100% of the company's shares.

According to RA AK&M, by the end of 2024, Russian Railways are among the leaders in the social efficiency rating of the largest Russian companies.

The net profit of Russian Railways for 9 months of 2025 according to IFRS amounted to 24.9 billion rubles. EBITDA increased by 13.7% to 808.1 billion rubles. The total revenues of the holding increased by 10.6% to RUB 2,706.3 billion. Operating expenses amounted to 2272.8 billion rubles.
