Sergey Irzhavsky has been appointed CEO of the M Cosmetic network in Uzbekistan. Denis Kosachenko, who previously headed the M Cosmetic chain, decided to pursue a career outside the Magnit group of companies. This is stated in the message of the retailer.
In 2004-2018, S.Irzhavsky worked at the Magnit retail chain, where he held various senior positions, including sales director of the Magnit Cosmetics chain. Prior to joining M Cosmetic, he served as CEO of the Tabris retail chain, previously worked at Sberbank, where he was responsible for the development of the Scooter delivery service and the Megamarket marketplace, and held the positions of operating and managing director at the Pyaterochka retail chain.
The first M Cosmetic store opened in April 2022 in the capital of Uzbekistan. Currently, the network unites more than 120 stores, represented in several regions of the country and its largest cities. The assortment includes more than 8 thousand items in popular non-food categories.
PJSC Magnit (Krasnodar, TIN 2309085638) is a holding company of a group of companies engaged in retail trade through a chain of stores of the same name. As of June 30, 2024, the Magnit network consisted of 30109 stores located in 4387 settlements of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Magnit's net profit under IAS for 2023 increased by 94% to 66.1 billion rubles. Total revenue increased by 8.2% to 2.545 trillion rubles, net retail revenue by 9.1% to 2.509 trillion rubles. Gross profit increased by 7.8% to 577.3 billion rubles. EBITDA amounted to 166.3 billion rubles.
