Sberbank has filed three lawsuits against Cyprus-based Velorum Limited in the Moscow Arbitration Court. This company owns three companies that own the space in the Vivaldi Plaza business center on Letnikovskaya Street near Paveletsky Railway Station.

According to the newspaper Vedomosti, a source close to the plaintiff clarifies that Sberbank intends to foreclose on shares in companies on whose balance sheet Vivaldi Plaza is located.

Vivaldi Plaza was built in 2009, the complex consists of four buildings. According to the consultants, one of its co-owners is FC BC Otkritie (part of the VTB Group).

The main shareholder of Sberbank is the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, which owns 50% of the authorized capital of Sberbank PJSC plus 1 voting share. The remaining 50% minus 1 voting share of the bank's authorized capital is owned by Russian and international investors.

Sberbank's RAS net profit for the first quarter of 2025 increased by 11% to RUB 404.5 billion year-on-year. Net interest income increased by 15% to RUB 711.6 billion.
