Sberbank is negotiating to join the capital of O1 Properties, two sources in the commercial real estate market told Kommersant.
According to them, we are talking about obtaining more than 50% of the shares, but a full takeover is also being discussed.
O1 Properties was controlled by Boris Mints' structures until 2018. The holding is now owned by Pavel Vashchenko's Cyprus Riverstretch Trading&Investments. The commercial real estate portfolio of O1 Properties is estimated at 586 thousand square meters. m. It includes, among others, the Lighthouse office complexes on Valovaya Street, the Legend of Tsvetnoy on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, and so on.
