Sberbank's RAS net profit increased 1.7 times in 2021

The net profit of Sberbank PJSC under RAS increased 1.7 times in 2021 and amounted to 1,237.1 billion rubles. This is stated in the bank's message.

Net interest income increased by 12.3% YoY to RUB 1,617.5 billion. due to the growth of the loan portfolio of clients.

Net commission income increased by 13.5% YoY and amounted to 578.9 billion rubles. The main driver of growth was operations with bank cards, including acquiring, income from which increased by almost 40% YoY.

Assets at the end of the year increased by 14.6% or 15.0%, excluding currency revaluation, and amounted to 38 trillion rubles.
