Seligdar's net profit under IFRS for 9 months fell to 9.1 billion rubles

Seligdar's net profit under IFRS for 9 months of 2022 amounted to 9.1 billion rubles. compared with 9.3 billion rubles a year earlier. The amount of profit per share amounted to 9.51 rubles. Profit before tax increased by 10% to RUB 11.3 billion. This was announced by the company.

EBITDA amounted to RUB 7.6 billion. The main factors of the change were a reduction in sales due to the remnants of finished products passing to the next period and a decrease in average gold sales prices, an increase in the cost of materials and spare parts, as well as an increase in personnel costs associated with an increase in production scale.

The EBITDA margin was 37%. Revenue fell by 14% to RUB 20.7 billion from RUB 24.1 billion.

The volume of gold production by companies included in the consolidated financial statements under IFRS increased by 8% and amounted to 5.45 thousand kg. The volume of gold sales in physical terms decreased by 11%, as of September 30, 2022 there were 1,421 kg of gold in metal bank accounts and refineries.

PJSC Seligdar is a polymetallic holding company, one of the ten largest gold producers in the Russian Federation and the only producer of ore tin in the country. The holding produces gold in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Altai and Buryatia, and tin mining in the Khabarovsk Territory.
