Seligdar will not pay dividends for 2025. The decision was made by the shareholders on June 10. This is stated in the company's message.

No dividends were paid in 2024. At the same time, on September 30, 2024, Seligdar's shareholders approved the payment of dividends based on the results of the first half of 2024 on ordinary shares in the amount of 4 rubles per ordinary share. 

PJSC Seligdar is a Russian producer of gold and tin.

The holding's assets are located in seven regions of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the Orenburg Region, the Altai Territory, the Republic of Buryatia, the Khabarovsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.

The consolidated revenue of PJSC Seligdar for the 12 months of 2025 amounted to 87.9 billion rubles, an increase of 48% compared to 2024. Revenue from the sale of produced gold increased by 26.9 billion rubles to 77.7 billion rubles, revenue from the sale of produced concentrates — by 2 billion rubles to 9.2 billion rubles. 

EBITDA increased by 60% to RUB 44.2 billion. The net loss amounted to 10.14 billion rubles against 12.8 billion rubles a year earlier. The profit, net of exchange differences, amounted to 5.18 billion rubles.

On September 15, 2025, the AK&M rating agency confirmed the highest rating of Seligdar's non-financial statements.

In 2024, according to RA AK&M, Seligdar was among the leaders in terms of water reuse. In addition, according to RA AK&M, Seligdar is among the leaders of the fifth ranking of responsibility to society and the fifth ranking of the carbon footprint of the largest Russian companies.

In early 2026, Seligdar was included in the first rating of scientific and technological development of the largest Russian companies prepared by the rating agency AK&M.
