Currently, Domodedovo Airport companies are owned by 100% of the subsidiary of Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC, Perspektiva LLC.
As part of the legal procedure, Vnukovo International Airport JSC, on the basis of an application for membership in Perspektiva LLC, makes a monetary contribution to the authorized capital of Perspektiva LLC in the amount of 16.5 billion rubles, as a result of which it receives a share of 25.01% in the authorized capital of the Company.
We remind you that the PSB and Perspektiva LLC, a 100% subsidiary of Sheremetyevo International Airport JSC, signed a purchase and sale agreement for 100% of the authorized capital of DME Holding LLC and a number of other organizations that manage the Domodedovo Airport property complex.
