Siberian Glass LLC has issued digital financial assets (CFAs) in the amount of 150 million rubles on Alfa-Bank's A-Token platform. Applications were accepted within an hour. This is stated in the message of the bank.
The rate is fixed, CFAs are presented for a period of 9 months at 29% per annum. They provide for the monthly payment of coupon income. The issue is intended for a wide range of investors.
The company will allocate part of the money for equipment upgrades. This will ensure the reliability of the production lines while increasing the speed of glass forming machines.
Sibsteklo will also use the funds raised to replenish its working capital in order to increase purchases of glass waste. In 2024, 71 thousand tons of cullet were disposed of at the plant, which saved over 85 thousand tons of mineral resources. This year, the company intends to use at least 130 thousand tons of glass.
