Since the beginning of 2025, the Federal Antimonopoly Service has identified cartels in all Russian regions. This is reported on the FAS website.
The Antimonopoly Authority has initiated 158 cases on anticompetitive agreements and coordination of economic activities. As a result, the FAS adopted 96 decisions on violations of antimonopoly legislation.
Anticompetitive agreements were identified in 89 regions. The agency involved 248 business entities and 68 customers as defendants in the cases. The agreements restricting competition covered 1333 purchases with a total amount of NMCC 49.6 billion rubles.
