Sistema has applied to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation for permission not to perform actions for the automatic conversion of AFK's global depositary receipts until the end of the permitted period for the continuation of their circulation. This is stated in the company's message.
Earlier, at the request of AFK Sistema, the Government Commission of the Russian Federation issued permission to continue the circulation of the corporation's GDR outside the Russian Federation until May 13, 2023.

Revenue increased by 26.2% to RUB 216.4 billion. Adjusted OIBDA increased by 22% to 69.4 billion rubles. The group's capital expenditures increased by 38.5% to 52.3 billion rubles.
