SME Bank grants loan to TK Vertikal

SME Bank, a subsidiary bank of RSMB Corporation, has provided Tyumen-based TK Vertikal with a RUB 140 mn loan for implementing new projects in the maintenance of tanks at fuel and energy facilities, extracting oil and gas main pipes from the ground, their overhaul and processing. Financing is provided at a rate of 8.25% p.a. under the Russian Ministry of Economic Development's subsidy program. The credit facility is secured by RSMB Corporation, the bank informed.

TK Vertikal founded in 2012 maintains and overhauls tanks at fuel and energy facilities. The company dismantles antenna post supports and structures, pole-mounted transformer substations, metal tanks, oil and gas trunk pipelines, and oil tanks. Every year, the company dismantles more than 1,000 km of trunk pipelines.
