SME Bank, a subsidiary of SME Corporation, has provided an investment loan in the amount of 1.5 billion rubles to 2yuzhenergostroy from the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the bank said in a statement.
The loan was issued for a period of 10 years and is aimed at the implementation of a large-scale project for the construction of the Nizhne-Krasnogorsk small hydroelectric power station (hydroelectric power station) with an installed capacity of 24.9 MW. Financing is necessary for the purchase of equipment and capital investments to ensure the commissioning of the facility.
The Yuzhenergostroy project company implements investment initiatives in the field of energy facilities construction. The main focus of activity is small hydroelectric power plants as an effective and environmentally friendly tool for increasing energy stability in regions with natural hydropotential.
