The net profit of PJSC Softline under IFRS for the first quarter of 2025 increased 3 times to 744.6 million rubles. compared to 227 billion rubles a year earlier. Turnover increased by 12% to 24 billion rubles from 21.48 billion rubles, gross profit — by 19% to 9.3 billion rubles from 7.82 billion rubles, adjusted EBITDA — by 3% to 1.8 billion rubles from 1.76 billion rubles. The number of employees of the group as of March 31, 2025 was 11.1 thousand people. The number of highly qualified engineers and developers increased by 22% to 6.2 thousand people.

As noted by the CFO PJSC Softline Artem Tarakanov, whose words are quoted in the message, the company expects the group's turnover to grow to at least 150 billion rubles. with an increase in gross profit to 43-50 billion rubles. by further increasing the share of its own products and increasing profitability. Adjusted EBITDA will reach 9-10.5 billion rubles.

As previously planned, the company intends to use a package of more than 58 million shares held on the balance sheet of the group's subsidiary as a currency for payment for M&A transactions, Tarakanov noted.

In April–May 2025, Softline Projects LLC, a controlled company of the group, acquired more than 1.8 million shares of Softline PJSC in exchange transactions as part of a buyback announced in the fall of 2024.
