The project to build a bearing plant in Dubna was initiated by Sergey Nenadkevich. IFK Solid joined the company's capital in October 2024, receiving 51.02% from the company's founder and his family. On July 17, 2026, the investment company became the owner of another 25.48%, gaining absolute control. Prior to the arrival of the investor, the company was credited by Sberbank; at the beginning of 2026, the debt owed to the bank exceeded 180 million rubles. In 2024-2025, SOLID-NK became the main investor, which invested more than 260 million rubles in loans to ZAP No. 1.
Automobile Bearing Plant No. 1 specializes in the production of hub-mounted double-row angular contact ball bearings with detachable inner rings, including magnetic encoders for vehicles with ABS system. The plant is located on the territory of the Dubna Special Economic Zone and has tax and customs preferences. The company ended 2025 with revenue of 70 million rubles and a net loss of 100 million rubles.
IFC Sodid is a professional participant in the securities market, providing its clients with services as a broker, depository, and organizer of the placement of shares and bonds. Revenues for 2025 amounted to 5.4 billion rubles, net profit 1.1 billion rubles. The company receives its main income (76.6%) in the form of commissions from brokerage activities, and 19% from depository activities. The company's main financial assets (20 out of 27 billion rubles of total assets) are concentrated in Russia, while the company has major liabilities (18.6 out of 23.8 billion rubles all obligations) to clients abroad.
As of December 31, 2025, Pavel Gotsev is the beneficial owner of the group with an indirect equity interest of 87.12%.
