LLC IK Septem Capital (Yango) joined Sovcombank PJSC on March 24, 2023. This is stated in the message of the organization.

"Your brokerage account/individual investment account continues to operate and is always available in the Sovcombank Investments mobile application," according to the website.

In connection with the merger, Sovcombank became the legal successor for all the rights and obligations of IC "Septem Capital".

Recall that Sovcombank consolidated 100% of IC "Septem Capital", which owns a mobile service for the sale of bonds for private investors "Yango. Lucrative investments". The parties did not disclose the financial details of the agreement.

IC "Septem Capital" has been part of the Sovcombank group since 2019. In December 2019, Sovcombank acquired 50.1% of Septem Capital, and a year later increased its share to 74.99%.

Sovcombank PJSC is a universal bank with assets of 1.6 trillion rubles according to IFRS. It is included in the list of systemically significant credit organizations (NWCO) of the Bank of Russia.
