At their general meeting on April 29, 2021, the shareholders of PJSC Sovcombank decided to restructure PJSC Sovcombank through the takeover of JSC Eurasian bank, the bank informed.
The restructuring is asimed at simplifying the ownership structure, consolidating the capital of banks, ensuring the highest possible efficiency of asset utilization, improving competitiveness and the quality of services provided in the banking market.
PJSC Sovcombank (Kostroma city, tax number: 4401116480) specializes in lending to individuals and securities transactions. The bank was established 1990. The bank took over ARCA, a chain of credit agencies, in 2007, GE Money Bank in 2014, ICICI Eurasia in 2015.
