The St. Petersburg Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia has recognized inappropriate advertising of "Post Bank". He violated the law "On Advertising". This is stated in the message of the service.

The applicant received a message that he was approved a card with a limit of 495 thousand rubles and a grace period of up to 120 days + up to 30% bonuses for purchases.

During the consideration of the case, the commission found that the applicant applied to the post office and filled out an application for the conclusion of a contract on the use of a single simple electronic signature. During the registration process, I refused the bank's advertising mailing list. An agreement on the use of an electronic signature has not been concluded. In addition, it was found that the advertising does not contain the terms of service and the bank's brand name.

The Commission issued an order to the bank to eliminate violations. The violator will be fined.
