On February 8, 2023, the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange will begin trading shares of 35 new companies with a primary listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Thus, the number of shares in the region will grow to 115, the exchange reports.
Investors will have access to shares of companies from 17 new sectors of the Chinese economy. The number of industries represented will grow to 64. The total market capitalization of new Chinese securities is $170.2 billion.
