Subsurface users have leased federal oil wells in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. This is stated in the message of the Federal Property Management Agency.

According to the results of the auctions, 11 lease agreements were concluded in early 2026 in respect of 10 oil wells located in the Khanty—Mansiysk and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrugs, as well as one real estate object located in a rural settlement of the Tyumen Region.

The tenants of the oil wells were LUKOIL-West Siberia LLC, Gazpromneft-Yamal LLC and RN-Uvatneftegaz LLC.

LUKOIL-West Siberia LLC produces about 40% of the LUKOIL Group's hydrocarbons in Russia. The company operates in the Tyumen Region, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

Gazpromneft-Yamal LLC is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft PJSC. It was established on September 30, 2011 as part of a project to develop the Novoportovskoye oil and gas condensate field.

LLC RN-Uvatneftegaz, a subsidiary of PJSC NK Rosneft, conducts exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Tyumen Region (Uvatsky District) and Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra. The company's oil production assets form Rosneft's Uvat project, which is one of the company's priorities.
