The parties signed an agreement on the purchase and sale of the plant. The transaction will be finalized after the approval of the FAS. The terms of the deal and its structure were not disclosed.
Located in the city of Krasnokamsk (Perm Krai), the Kama pulp and paper mill is a manufacturer of light-coated paper (LWC) and coated cardboard (FBB).
Sveza is a manufacturer of birch plywood. The group includes factories, as well as a number of structures, including companies engaged in the procurement of raw materials and the production of biological products.
