The Swedish-Swiss electrical engineering corporation ABB has bought out a minority stake in the British startup Gridcog in order to accelerate the implementation of multiactive energy projects. This is reported in a press release from ABB.

Financial terms were not disclosed. The partnership will help ABB customers develop, compare and approve integrated energy projects with a clear assessment of the costs and impacts on carbon dioxide emissions.
