Sintez OKA and Monamin (part of Sintez OKA Group of Companies) have received comprehensive environmental permits (CER) from the interregional Department of Rosprirodnadzor for the Nizhny Novgorod Region and the Republic of Mordovia. This is stated in the message "Synthesis of the EYE".
This step confirms the environmental safety of enterprises and compliance with the best available technologies in this area. Previously, another enterprise of the Sintez OKA company — "Chemsorbent" — received CARE.
The CER is a new document for enterprises that operate at Category I facilities according to the degree of negative impact on the environment. By law, all organizations that have a negative impact on the environment must receive a CER by January 1, 2025. CARE will replace all previously valid permits.
Sintez OKA – Polyester LLC is a member of the Sintez OKA Group of companies, formerly Sintamin LLC. The company was founded in 2020. It will produce simple polyesters and polyalkylene glycols.
