T-Bank has become the new owner of five buildings of the Tourist Hotel on Agricultural Street in the north of Moscow. The newspaper Kommersant writes about this.

The copyright holders of the three 2.4 ha plots under the buildings are LLC "March", LLC "April", LLC "August", LLC "Spring" and LLC "Summer". In June-July 2025, these legal entities were transferred to T-Development LLC, a subsidiary of T—Bank. Prior to that, they were owned by the structures of Sergey Novikov, who previously franchised the Spar supermarket chain in the Volga region.

The Tourist Hotel was built in 1955 on Agricultural Street in the north of Moscow. The complex has seven buildings in total. In the post-Soviet period, the hotel often changed owners.

T-Bank, formerly known as Tinkoff Bank, is a Russian commercial bank based in Moscow and founded by Oleg Tinkov in 2006. The bank has no branches and is considered a non-bank. Tinkoff Bank was officially renamed T-Bank on June 5, 2024. All major services now operate under new names: T-Bank, T-Investments, T-Mobile.
